Large Generation Gaps exist, those who worked here when it was great have stayed as it turned to mediocre, and they are retiring at an increasing rate.
Cafeteria has outrageous prices and terrible food.
HR Stands for Human Roadblocks If you have a real issue, go to campus.
These Human Roadblocks are there to play interference with real issues.
Advice to Management
MIT Lincoln Laboratories was once a great place to work.
You have been banking on the MIT name for far too long, it's time to innovate again.
Increase compensation, Increase tuition reimbursement.
Treat people like humans instead of just machines facilitating a need.
You have lost your way, Go down the road to MITRE and see how they are taking your talent.
