    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MTSI (Huntsville, AL) in February 2020.

    Interview

Applied online through their career section. Had follow up email and phone call asking if I'd be interested in an interview.
On the day of the interview, I arrived a few minutes early to make sure I was on time. The conference room wasn't ready and had to be assembled/made ready. I even helped in moving the chairs!
Once the room was assembled, I waited with the lead while the rest of the team made their way in. There were seven people that attended my interview.
Interview was mostly a back and forth about their project(s), processes, and how I would fit in. A few technical questions were thrown in at the end.
