    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum (Indianapolis, IN) in March 2014.

    Interview

Most of the questions are completely behavioral questions. Rarely did they ask any type of technical questions. Be sure to have examples of how you have overcome difficult situations and how you handled situations while working. Be willing to travel a lot and just be honest. I only had a phone interview, there was no face to face for me. Most of the work is DoT so a background and drug screens are required.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a situation in your past experiences of how you have handled a difficult situation, whether it be a customer or a fellow employee.   Answer Question
