I applied online. I interviewed at Mars (Aimargues (France)) in November 2020.
Interview
- online quiz where they want to see if you fit into the culture. You'll have a situation and several options how you would react/what you would decide in this situation.
- online interview consisting of 5 questions. You have 2 tries to tape the answer
- assessment day (online) ( first you'll do a case study (not in a team) and you have to present it during 20 minutss to 2 assessors and after that there is an interview with 2 assessors)
