Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mars (Mount Olive, NJ).
Interview
Very thorough interview process with lots of situational leadership style questions and a heavy focus on leadership vs. technical ability. Panel interview with a cross section of execs and immediate supervisor. Also had to come prepared with a presentation for introducing myself and explaining my 1st 90 day plan in detail. Leadership questions focused on how would you build a team and gain the trust of the team. As the leader of the team, what would you do to engage the team and deliver results, etc.
