Mathematica Chicago, IL isn't hiring right now. Check out all Mathematica jobs
I worked at Mathematica full-time (More than 3 years)
There was a genuine organizational emphasis on being a kind person who was invested in doing good in the world.
Some folks wanted to work at all hours which could create a feeling -- though this certainly wasn't the case among all staff-- that they had to be on at all sorts of hours.
Advice to Management
Make it a norm to NOT email your colleagues at all hours and to have a life outside of work -- especially for the young researchers. They can really set a tone for non-researchers that isn't useful.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Mathematica (Chicago, IL) in November 2021.
Applied position via LinkedIn. Was contacted by Very nice recruiter named Alex. 1st interview was with Alex to learn general information. 2nd Interview was technical and 3rd interview was 2 hrs. I met with the manager and 3 other high level managers for 30 minutes each.
The conversation was very friendly and personabl, and I enjoyed speaking with each person. Next steps were references and then the offer.
