      You will get an education on what type of company to avoid. The things that took place were alarming and eye-opening.

      Cons

      Unethical business practices abound. One could write a book on how many things are wrong, considering the decisions made with reckless abandon.

      Advice to Management

      Clean house and get new ownership while there is still some viability and possibility of maintaining existing customers.
