I have been working at Metronet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent training, good work/life balance, company sponsored events/meals, good benefits, good management

    Cons

Disorganization, their does not seem to be much room for career advancement, people that clearly do much more work than their peers in similar roles are not compensated accordingly

    Advice to Management

While the company is RAPIDLY growing, don't lose sight of the important things. It is better to go slow and have things done the right way instead of non-stop go, go, go which leads to decreases of overall quality of service. Also, pay people who deserve to be paid more, more.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Metronet (Evansville, IN) in November 2019.

    Interview

The interviews were pretty casual in my opinion! It felt more like conversation than a Q&A. Best part is that it seemed like everyone really loved working there. I haven't got an offer or a denial yet but either way I loved the experience.
