    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Mindlance (San Jose, CA) in October 2014.

    Interview

Interview was done through Skype. I spoke with the the two leads and the operations manager at the time. It wasn't a round based interview. They made their decision within a few days. They seem liked they needed people in a hurry since I wasn't given much time to get there from LA to San Jose.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Rate was non negotiable since it was a large team.
