    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Modis (San Francisco, CA) in January 2017.

    Interview

Applied for position through internet. It was a generic PM listing and seemed copy/pasted with no real indication of the roles/responsibilities. I got a light screening call from the recruiter and afterwards she requesting a face to face. When I spoke face to face, recruiter had very little info about the role and to be honest I wasn't even sure if there was an actual position or if they're just collecting resumes and practicing interviews. I see their postings on LinkedIn all the time and they're all super generic. In the face to face interview she repeated many of the questions from the previous phone call. There was really no reason for me to even come in and it could have been handled through the phone. Overall it was a huge waste of time and money for me since I had to drive up to the Financial District SF and pay for parking/bridge toll. She said I was a great fit and would pass along an Wonderlic assessment exam for me to take. I never got an exam, I sent a follow up email, and no response. If you get an email from them don't get your hopes up and definitely don't cancel any of your plans to accommodate it. Horrible recruiting company with poor follow up and communication.
