    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Plano, TX) in May 2019.

    Interview

Process seemed to go well in the beginning. However one interviewer dominated the panel. Panel interviews don’t work because they are rarely done well. In addition, I got ghosted by two recruiters and NTTDATA still contacts me for jobs. If I made it to the last round, the least you could have done was send a computerized rejection message or reply to my follow up email. Because of this I prefer just to delete all their emails now because they clearly have no respect for candidates or the process.
