      Pros

      The company has some great opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      One bad manager with no leadership qualities/knowledge of the department and zero accountable can destroy the company's reputation.

      Advice to Management

      Implementing a review process by the employees of the manager. One incompetent manager can ruin the whole group under his guidance. Dig deeper when an employee complains about their manager to HR and don't always "believe" the manager just because they are a "manager". Managers do lie to protect themselves.
