    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Davenport, IA) in November 2018.

    Interview

Over the phone interview last year, and an onsite with 2-3 supervisors rotating out of a room asking behavior/scenario questions. Was denied the first time, and passed phone screen again, and only had one to one with hr the second time. Although, I was told I would meet with the maintenance team again. Did not happen. In my field, Nestle has been the only company to ever do interviews on a tell me a time interview process. (That I have experienced). I did end up getting a job offer with a rather large corporation that is veteran, and female maintenance friendly. So if nestle tells you to keep trying, don't take the time. Just false hope, and trust me there are other opportunities out there.
