    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Mechanicsburg, PA).

    Interview

Warming welcoming...a facility tour was offered and I was introduced to a few members of the Management Team. They were professional and friendly. They showed interested in getting acquainted with me as a person and asked questions that gave the impression they were evaluating my communication skills. In a sense, they made me feel anxiety free before asking the commonly known working experience questions. We talked about my previous job's experience and what encouraged me to leave. I was also asked what would I consider a good starting pay rate and how soon could I start if they hired me. It was a pleasant experience.

    Interview Questions

    • In my own words; why should they consider giving me the job, how long do intend to keep it and if I would give a fair resignation notice if I consider leaving the company.   Answer Question
