I worked at Netflix full-time (More than a year)
Management is amazing. They want to bring out the best in their employees and help to drive these behaviors. Freedom and Responsibility is a huge thing here. You get lots of freedom to create your own path to success. Coworkers are amazing. Everyone brings something else to the table. The kind of place you make long lasting relationships at.
This position is a 24/7 position. This means you end up working odd hours and weekends. This lead to not having much of a social life outside of work.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Netflix (Santa Clara, CA) in March 2013.
Given a tour of the facility, group interview style with other applicants, sit with current employees and listen in on customer calls. First through a recruiting agency (Aerotek), did a phone screen, personal interview, then another interview that was video recorded to send to the employer, then group interview at Netflix.
