Advice to Management
Reward ALL THE EMPLOYEES, not the ones on the bigger accounts. Those accounts will turn small accounts in the future and they wont be your shinning stars anymore. There are tons of members working their butt offs but don't get enough recognition.
Executive team could do a better job respecting one another and not bullying or laughing at others in front of everyone. They should set the bar high! we are all looking at them, not the other way around. The executive team is a great team, just some of them might not be ready for the challenge or just don't have the manners needed to behave like a respectful leader, aside from their success.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nexius (Dallas, TX).
Applied online, got an invitation two weeks after. Phone interview with HR, HR was responsive. Questions were not hard. They are just general questions. I am still waiting for their further decision.
