Advice to Management
to recognize more departments and not just the same ones (CX, marketing, Higher ups). There are several departments that work so hard for the company and they never seem to get recognized during any All Hands.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Nexius (Frisco, TX) in April 2018.
There were a total of 5 rounds for me. Phone screening, one-way video, first one to one interview, second one to one interview (2 people on the same day), and a Skype interview with 4 people. It was very uncomfortable when one of the hiring manager was constantly drooling and complimenting how pretty his boss was (she interrupted our interview 3 times). But to be fair, that might be only one person since the other interviewers were quite professional.
The process spans over 1 month in total, involving 8 different people and Nexius didn’t even bother to send me a rejection email. I’m very disappointed with how Nexius conducted themselves and the way they treated potential candidate. I think a candidate deserves to know if he/she get the job after such tedious and long interview process. All in all, if you interview here and they decide they don’t want you, expect to hear nothing back.
