I worked at Niagara Bottling full-time (More than a year)
The Two Days On/Two Days Off and Sometimes Two Days on Three Days Off Allows for a Healthy Work/Life Balance.
During my tenure there was a high turnover rate of team members along with managerial and supervisory positions. I feel the company could've done better with the use of resources from their vast number of partner facilities to help with the transition.
Advice to Management
Ensure all employees in the Shipping Office are adequately trained. In addition, always have three extensively trained employees working in the Shipping Office.
