    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Nitro (San Francisco, CA) in February 2020.

    Interview

Through an agency that wanted to place me at this company. The entire interview lasted (I kid you not), 15 minutes. I ultimately felt like I was being judged based on age. Nothing more since I have 20 years experience. I felt horrible after the interview and thought, what the heck was that I just came from. There wasn't many questions asked of me and twice was asked "any more questions?". I felt like I was asking all the questions and wanted to give them the opportunity to ask me some questions so I said no and they said "Thanks for coming in". And I was like OH........worst interview experience ever in my entire 20 year career. There were two people in the interview whom I would both work with. One NEVER asked me a question. Its like they bumped each others foot to let the other know "No Way".
