    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Nitro (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2022.

    Interview

The process took 1.5 months, it was long-winded and repetitive. There were multiple steps from speaking with the recruiter, to hiring manager, to another Inside Sales Manager, then a Senior Director, and finally a presentation prep. During the presentation prep interview, after having done all the homework and slides, I was told they had extended the offer to another candidate and that they appreciated my time in prepping the whole deck. The Senior Manager of Global Talent then mentioned I could be considered for a different role and team but would have to restart the process again.
