Quitting this company. Worked at this company for little over a year, which is enough time to resolve any kinks that occur when a transition takes place.
Where to begin? Our office was never introduced to HR or anyone else from the company. The only time the accountant came to our office was to force the front desk employee to deduct $5 per hour from her hourly wage. Do you like micro management from a company who never shows their face, but yet thinks they know exactly how much of supplies you need? The office is running on the bare minimum and then try to order and it's on back order? We had to apologize to our patients because we didn't have toothbrushes to give out at their recall prophy for months. They set ridiculous goals and production collections, and make empty promises of a monetary bonus. However, because of the insane schedule, we did reach our goal, but did not receive the bonus. We were told the person in charge missed their deadline, and we were also told that a bonus was a privilege and not to ask for when it will be received. They changed the hygienists pay from hourly to commission so they were no longer eligible for a bonus. Not sorry, we earned that empty "promised" bonus. They change the work hours with no notice to employees. I agree with the others when they said they will suck every bit of life or blood out of you and without so much of a thanks. Weeks and months will go by before any kind of maintenance personnel will come out, when a problem arises. They don't even have the decency to have the lawn mowed. They only respond to select people in emails and their voice mail is full. Patients and employees are nothing but a number to them. The most greedy, shady, unscrupulous group of employers I have ever not had the pleasure of working for.
Advice to Management
Quitting this company was my pleasure. The benefits and pay I earn now, is so much more than you could or would ever offer. You are running this office to the ground. Take this job and shove it!
