    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NorthShore University HealthSystem (Evanston, IL) in September 2016.

    Interview

The interview process was not extensive. Manager was religious. I picked up on that and used it to my advantage. I mentioned going to church with my grandmother in my youth. I also mentioned the values that my grandmother taught me.
