    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (El Segundo, CA).

    Interview

The interview was fairly straightforward. We had a good conversation and I left the interview feeling great. Questions evaluated my personality and background as it pertained to the position. I sent an emailed thank you and waited. The interviewer said they needed multiple people ASAP for this position. Two weeks after the interview, I emailed both the scheduler and the main interviewer for follow up with no response. I continued requesting an update for two more weeks. I was continually ignored and finally rejected FOUR MONTHS after my interview. Candidates deserve better than that. I’m glad I didn’t get an offer, if that’s how management operates here.
