I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than a year)
great benefits. great pay. great work life balance.
very difficult to move up due to clearance requirements which in some cases is understandable.
Advice to Management
be more proactive about promoting young engineers into leadership roles.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in November 2020.
Phone interview. The manager called me right on the dot, and talked a bit about the position. Barely asked any questions, just made me ask him stuff and seemed generally unprepared. I didn't apply for the position I was interviewing for, just got an email for the interview because of a few recruiting events I went to earlier in the year. Seemed like it was just a formality interview so mileage may vary.
