I have been working at Owlet full-time (Less than a year)
I love the mission - building products with cool technology that can help save a life is just awesome. Add in some really dedicated genuine people and you have an unbeatable place to work. They are trying to have both a fast paced high efficiency work place while still being family friendly and flexible.
Like all young companies there are still a few kinks to work out like better processes and rapid decisions being made.
Advice to Management
Keep the mission as the main focus and try to take in consideration the suggestions from the employees - there are a lot of smart people working here!

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Owlet (Lehi, UT) in October 2016.
Very unprofessional interview. Two of the three people I was supposed to interview with didn't show up, with no explanation. The man interviewing me was obviously unprepared. He showed up late and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. He also asked some inappropriate questions, like if I had kids or if I were married. I was told I would hear back within a week and 3 months later I still haven't heard a word.
