    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PagerDuty (Atlanta, GA) in June 2020.

    Interview

I interviewed for their Technical Support Specialist I position. The first interview was a phone screening with the recruiter and the second interview was another phone screen with the hiring manager. After the second interview, I was asked to submit a writing prompt. After submitting the writing prompt, one week went by and I did not receive a response, so I emailed the hiring manager for feedback and still didn't receive a response. Another week went by, and i emailed the manager again and received no response. Two and a half weeks from when I submitted my writing prompt, I emailed the hiring manager and cc'd the recruiter, and I didn't get a response until a week after and it was from a no-reply email stating that they've decided to move forward with more qualified candidates.
