I worked at Palmetto State Transportation (More than 3 years)
Not a bad place to work. Family values, somewhat traditional. Very laid back atmosphere. Fairly flexible if time off is needed for emergencies.
Not easy to move up the ladder if you are not family, or male. Having to deal with some drivers who don't want to work can be a pain.

After orientation I started driving to CA and back every week, meaning leaving out on saturdays and normally returning back anywhere between Wednesday and Friday depending on how many stops we get. They also go over the pay which is 28-30 cpm per driver depending on location and $30 for each stop after the 1st. The stops are between 1-15
