    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks (London, England (UK)) in February 2021.

    Interview

    1) Initial screening interview with a recruiter
    2) Interview with the hiring manager
    3) Interview with a customer success engineer
    4) Interview with a sales lead
    5) Interview with the VP of Customer Success

    Interview Questions

    • Good experience, more than on specific questions they'll focus on your willingness to grasp technical concepts (which is really key for this role), and your interpretation of customer success (how do you work with other teams, how to manage partners, how to work with sales, describe difficult situations and how you overcome those).

Very positive experience and competent people. Sadly, we couldn't agree on the compensation, but I really appreciate the recruiter's honesty and transparency as well as his proactiveness (he tried to put me forward for a more senior role). The hiring manager and the interviewers were competent and polite.

Very positive experience and I hope we can cross paths in the future.   Answer Question
