InterviewVery lengthy and time consuming, over 11 interviews and even then didn’t make it to the final round. Whilst the organisation was fairly efficient, there were breakdowns in communication, where an interviewer didn’t turn up, or interview cancelled at last minute.
At the end, complete lack of interaction. It was only as a result of chasing - after all when one has committed to 11 interviews it is nice to have an answer - that Palo Alto Networks responded and provided a generic response.
From a customer success perspective, it would that Customer Success is not across all aspects of their business. Businesses need to remember that every touch point leaves an impression, and in my experience their lack of follow up, even if to deliver bad news can represent how they do business.
Very passionate people, and had a lot of great discussions, shame that HR let the team down through lack of communication.Interview
