I have been working at Parallon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

PLENTY of room to grow, a lot of company engagement, stock options, 401K, great for those with a degree & no idea what to do with it. Parallon is a great place to explore your skills. The work from home option for most positions

    Cons

You won't really be able to move up if you don't have a degree.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parallon (Houston, TX).

    Interview

Applied, sent follow-up email to manager, got a call for the interview, came in on a Friday. Interview was short and to the point. Managers were not intimidating. Great overall experience.
