    Pros

You are always busy. It is a rapidly growing company. They are diversified in many lines of business. The people are great you work with and management is better.

    Cons

Workload per person is at times overwhelming, but not unnoticed by management. Benefits are limited to the HCA network, if you are not set up with your current doctor in the HCA network, sticking with your doctor is pricey.

    Advice to Management

Expand the building in relationship to the expansion of the workforce.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parallon (Sunrise, FL) in March 2016.

    Interview

Sat down with 3 credentialing managers, they were warm and welcoming. After the interview got a final offer, then went through the drug/BG screening and finally made it to the office after a total-2 weeks.

    Interview Questions

    • Mostly open-ended questions about my background, they basically wanted to know if my experience could probably translate into this line of business   Answer Question

    Negotiation

I was not, the salary was set from the beginning so it was 'take it or leave it'
