I applied online. I interviewed at People's United Bank (Bridgeport, CT).
Two round interview: part one - phone and part two - in person
Phone interview was mainly a description of the position and a resume run-through. The in-person interview was used to meet some members of upper management. Showed what they were currently working on and attempted to see if I was a good fit to help.
