I have been working at PerkinElmer full-time (More than a year)
PerkinElmer is a great place to work if you are looking to travel and experience new things. They give their employees great opportunities and overall treat them very well.
The training programs are nonexistent, which makes it very tough for new team members to come on board and be able to succeed right away. They have a sink or swim mentality
Advice to Management
Look into better training processes and other programs that could help people just starting out to feel like they are on a track to success.
