I worked at Pfizer as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful work environment, people, and communication between departments

    Cons

This position is restricted to 1 yr and no more- ever.

    Advice to Management

Maybe ask HR to reconsider this? Tearful departures of higher level executives who love us and vice versa can be avoided when the Admin is a perfect fit. Otherwise, loved the job and my boss, have yet to have another like the one I had here.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pfizer (Bridgewater, NJ) in January 2012.

    Interview

Was interviewing for SQL tester position and received insultingly simple questions, but was not immediately considered. A second "practical" interview occurred over WebEx where I was asked to perform SQL queries while Managers were watching. Insultingly simple interview that changed their initial impressions of me after failing to say exactly what they wanted to hear in the first part of the interview (Phone).
