    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pilot Thomas Logistics (Fort Worth, TX) in August 2016.

    Interview

The interview process was very easy. The corporate recruiter was very nice and took the time to explain the position to me and was very transparent about the oil & gas industry. Mentioned to me the career opportunities and potential growth within certain departments. The follow-up was awesome and I was informed of the next steps within a few days. The corporate recruiter kept me informed throughout the entire process, which is uncommon these days. I was very impressed!
