    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Pilot Thomas Logistics (More than a year)

    Pros

Still workin the warehouse side in the downturn of oil

    Cons

60 hours in 6 days. W a 34 hr reset. Is pretty much this job

    Advice to Management

Fix the little things, then put focus on the big stuff. Also. Ur drivers are the company face and we aee alot more than you do from a desk. Get out abd see for yourself or take our word for it. Not like we dony see the customer each time we deliver.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Pilot Thomas Logistics (Odessa, TX) in November 2013.

    Interview

Interview was with the frac department supervisor. Lasted less than 5 minutes. All he really wanted to know was if my CDL was in good standing, that I could pass a drug test, and show up on time. There wasn't much to it other than that, probably because they were expanding so rapidly and desperately needed drivers.

    Interview Questions

    • Are you willing to put in long hours (100+/week) when needed?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiation. Pay was $22/hr base, with time-and-a-half for overtime.
