I have been working at Plante Moran as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work with great individuals, competitive pay, career development oriented, very friendly business culture environment, open door policy makes getting help very easy.

    Cons

Will work in excess of 60-70 hours a week during the busy season (Jan-April) but that is the standard in public accounting firms.

    Advice to Management

Management has done an exceptional job on the their intern program, makes you feel important and part of the team from day one.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Plante Moran (Grand Rapids, MI) in September 2015.

    Interview

Process was very smooth and moved along very quickly. Met them through a career fair at school and was then called to set up a phone interview. The interview was about half an hour long and very conversational. Basic behavioral questions.
