I have been working at Project A full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Well, as VC Project A invests in many other companies and you get to work with a lot of them. What it means ? As software developer you get to see many many projects, technologies, people and cases without going thought the hiring process.
But what is the difference with a classical agency company ? The team and the people: when you go working for a Venture, you don't just go there to do some work, but you become part of the team to burst the productivity up!

But this is just the working expect.
If you look at the advantage and the people around you, it's fantastic

    Cons

You can find yourself in a project that is not very interesting, but you can always ask to get moved

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Project A (Berlin (Germany)) in April 2015.

    Interview

Had a Skype Interview with a recruiter. The recruiter first told me about the company and what they are looking for in a candidate. Then she asked me to walk her through my resume. She had some questions regarding some previous positions and if there have been problematic situations and how I solved them.
