Amazing people in the SF office, most are friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you out. Growing culture of innovation which is wonderful to see. Relatively flexible working hours and comfortable working conditions.
Biggest pro for me is the value management places in every person. The company is run lean, meaning that everyone from the bottom on up is needed and your work is really appreciated. Some bosses are better at showing it than others, but at the end of the day if you are there you are wanted and it shows.
A bit top heavy, but it is mitigated by the fact that there are relatively few employees in any given department.
Advice to Management
Continue to foster the spirit of innovation/appreciation from your younger employees.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Prologis (San Francisco, CA).
Worked with an agency who presented me with the job opportunity. Once I was submitted I chatted with the HR department in house who then scheduled an in person interview about a week after our initial call. At the in person interview, I met with the supervisors who I would be working with. They each explained their role in the firm, and what they needed me to do for the team. Came in for a second in person interview to meet with another member who was traveling. Offered me the job and then I accepted. Had to send in paperwork, and take drug test.
