    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Stockholm, Stockholm (Sweden)) in January 2008.

    Negotiation

I was in a good negotation position as I already had an employment. I could therefore negotiate a higher salary, in the aftermath I would say that the lack of work/life balance was not mentioned and was a major deficit.
