Pros
The flexible talent program is pretty well compensated in terms of working extra time and great overall experience during the busy season
Cons
seasonal employment so at the end of the term there might not be something readily available
Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Atlanta, GA) in October 2021.
Interview
Typical behavioral interview with partner, followed immediately by case interview with director. Didn’t have much time to prepare for this specific interview that week, but they seem to care much more about how you present yourself/whether they feel comfortable speaking with you than any subject matter you know. My only Big 4 interview that seemed centered entirely around fit with the company/practice group.
