    Pros

Opportunities for advancement. A variety of locations to work at. Overtime is given to support high volume and/or vacancies. Able to change your work hours without much hassle

    Cons

Like all change, the acquisition and transition of Ascension has had its share of bumps in the road. Recruiting process is slow.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at R1 RCM (Austin, TX) in January 2018.

    Interview

Interview process was pretty simple, met with a manager and supervisor, answered some typical interview questions, told them about myself and my experience and learned a little bit about them, we also discussed compensation in the in person interview.

    Interview Questions

    • When was the last time you had an issue and how did you handle it?   Answer Question
    • How would you handle an upset patient?   Answer Question
    • If i were to ask your previous employer how your attendance is, what would they say?   Answer Question
