    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at REDW (Albuquerque, NM).

    Interview

    Multiple interviews over two days, each was a meeting with at least one principal. The questions were a little focused on behaviours and they also request you to take a knowledge exam at a local testing location. Overall the interview was fairly casual and was not focused on technical skills aside from the requested test which was a requirement after the second interview.
