I have been working at Realtor.com full-time (More than 5 years)
The last few years have had ups and downs as corporate ownership and executive leadership were working to create a vision and strategy to move us forward. There were a lot of fits and starts.
But we are on the right path, with an active, engaged, strategic and transparent interim CEO who has brought a fresh excitement to the company and our future.
There are some silos of negative company culture that have bled into other areas, but a new Chief Talent Officer was recently hired, who hopefully will bring some stability and focus to our culture building.
Advice to Management
Keep focusing on your employees and our business strategy and keep moving forward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Realtor.com (Santa Clara, CA) in November 2019.

3. Onsite Interview
Team doesn't know what they are looking for. Claimed to be language agnostic and later responded with a rejection saying they are looking for more experience in some language.
