I have been working at Redis Labs full-time
Challenging environment &product in the DB world. every day learning something new, workers from different departments and in the same one are great, sharing information with each other and assisting if needed, even it is not their job. The team will do it all for your success.
A lot of activities inside the company, Happy hours, volunteering, sports &educational events and more.
Allow working from home as long as you get the job done.
Worldwide company so you get to know really cool people and cultures.
Nothing special, hard to find one.
Advice to Management
Keep on rocking, we want a ping-pong table :)
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Redis Labs (Tel Aviv-Yafo (Israel)) in April 2016.
The first interview is by phone with the R&D leader which is basically just to get to know the candidate. The candidate will be asked about relevant experience, about his motivation to work at the company, salary expectancy etc. Also expect questions such as "why would you be a good addition to the company?".
