    River Metals Recycling truly invests in their employees. The most important thing is that everyone is safe and returns home the way the come into work each day. In addition, there are very structured safety trainings and opportunities for professional development. Being owned by David J Joseph opens up your professional options across all business functions and locations throughout the US. If you're looking to work at a place with a family culture that has the mindset on doing things the right way, this is a great place to work.

    Cons

    None for me. However, working in a position where you're outside in the elements isn't for everyone.

    Never settle and continue to invest in safety

    Professional, short, and positive. I interviewed with the entire Executive Management Committee. I first interviewed with my eventual boss- who was an amazing boss. After that I had individual interviews with every member except the Controller.
