I have been working at Robins & Morton full-time (More than 3 years)
I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years, Robins & Morton has by far been one of the best organizations I have worked for. The company is growing responsibly and most importantly they are not losing their values that make them a great business with that small company family feeling. If you work hard and are passionate about your job and supporting your co-workers the sky is the limit. This is the kind of company where you see yourself retiring from.
Can be a little slow to making change but change they do. Overall the cons are so far and few between that it is extremely hard to even think of one.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work and continue to break from the norms of the industry both externally and internally.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robins & Morton (Orlando, FL) in February 2018.
Couple emails and phone interviews. Response time is usually fast but jobsite assignment can take some time. 1 to 1 interview with operations manager before hired. Very fast and caring people
