    Pros

Really enjoyed my time at Roc. The people are superb and the support I was given to learn the trade was class. Great nights out and rewards, and the commission was good too. Top people, top business.

    Cons

Nothing to be honest. Enjoyed it.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Roc Search (Manchester, England (UK)) in September 2016.

    Interview

    1. Telephone interview with the internal recruiters (very friendly and helpfull)
    2. Interview with team manager (general one to one interview)
    3. Presentation with team manager and director

I find Roc Search to be a very fun, vibrant and hard working company who value their staff incredibly high, welcome them with open arms and provide excellent incentives and rewards as well as great training methods and the time staff need to flourish and progress up in the business. They were placed 7th on the Sunday times 100 best small companies to work for 2016 and have plans to grow rapidly over the next few years, already operating in the UK (Reading, London and Manchester), Germany (Frankfurt) and USA (Texas) with plans to grow over the next few years (Germany, Sweden, USA, Asia and Australia). It is an exciting time to be part of this established, successful, growing, staff orientated company.
