    Pros

Working in an environment where anybody can succeed, with a good attitude, focus and hard work, irrespective of academic background. Everyone is recognised for the work they do and the contribution they make to the greater success of the business, it is a genuinely inclusive environment where non-sales are included on lunch clubs, MVC votes and company functions.

    Cons

Not enough parking at the office for everyone!

    Marketing Executive Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Roc Search (Reading, England (UK)) in May 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was three stages. I initially had an informal chat with one of the Internal Recruitment Consultants who asked me questions about my experience and goals moving forward.

She put me forward for a first face to face interview with the Marketing Manager. This gave me a change to highlight my experience and for her to run through the job spec to ensure i was clear on the role and responsibilities.

The last stage was a second interview with the MD where I presented a marketing strategy for the next 2 years.

The whole process was extremely professional and the communication with the Internal Consultant was excellent. I had a job offer within 2 hours of leaving my second interview
