    Pros

Good pay, great work life balance, nice place to work, cross training is highly encouraged. Customer satisfaction is companies main goal.

    Cons

Some company rules are in some way or another made up on the fly. Customer surveys can sometimes create tension with the wrong employees.

    Advice to Management

Choose your potential employees properly. Listen to employees ideas about what may be better for the company, sometimes the ideas do make a difference.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Room & Board (Atlanta, GA) in August 2014.

    Interview

The interview process started with a 30-40 minute phone interview with HR. After that inter view there was an in-person interview at the showroom. The interview was broken up into 3 different segments consisting of design aesthetic, culture and one-on-one with the manager.
